Description
The Kapson K-402 Barrel Pump is a high-performance manual fluid transfer device designed to withstand the demands of industrial and agricultural applications. This rotary-action pump is intended to suit standard barrels and uses a high-efficiency internal rotor to transport fluids swiftly while requiring little human effort. Its 90mm standard enables a large volume displacement each rotation, making it excellent for transferring diesel, kerosene, and other lubricating oils. Kapoor Steel Enterprises built this pump using high-quality materials with a precision-machined intake and discharge system to eliminate leaks and maintain a constant, pulse-free flow.

Usage
:- Assembly: Join the suction pipe segments and connect the discharge spout to the pump head.
- Installation: To attach the pump, insert the suction pipe into the barrel and tighten the bung adapter into the threaded aperture.
- Positioning: Place a receiving container underneath the discharge spout.
- Rotate the handle in a consistent clockwise motion. The pump will prime itself and start expelling fluid.
- Stopping: After dispensing the desired volume of fluid, stop turning the handle.
- Maintenance: After using heavy oils, flush with a light cleaning fluid if necessary to keep the inside rotor from sticking.
