Description
Air Release and Vacuum Relief Valve Helps in Avoiding Possible Damages to Pipes and Accessories. A vacuum valve, or air vacuum valve, is a safety valve opening inward to admit air to a vessel in which the pressure is less than that of the atmosphere in order to prevent collapse. It is made of engineering plastic for durability.
When the pipe is being filled, the air release valve remains open, expelling all the surplus air outside the installation. When the pipe is full of water, the air release valve closes tightly.

The release valve opens to allow the air to go inside the pipe. This system avoids possible damages in pipes and accessories.
The air release valve constantly releases the residual air generated in the installation (due to water level changes in the reservoir during fertigation/leakages in the suction pipe and fittings), expelling air even when the system is under pressurized conditions.
