Usage
:User Instructions :
- Preparation : Ensure the concrete is freshly poured and the needle is clean. Plug the vibrator into a 230 V power source.
- Activation : Turn the unit on and engage the self-locking switch for continuous operation.
- Immersion : Insert the 35 mm vibrating needle vertically and quickly into the wet concrete, allowing it to penetrate its full depth (or near the bottom).
- Vibration Time : Allow the needle to vibrate until air bubbles stop rising to the surface and a thin layer of cement paste forms around the needle (typically 5 to 15 seconds).
- Extraction : Slowly withdraw the needle (at a rate of about 1 inch per second) to allow the concrete to flow back into the space left by the needle.
- Placement : Reinsert the needle in overlapping sections, making sure to overlap the radius of the previous vibration spot by about 50%.
- Final Step : Turn the unit off and unplug it after the job is complete.
Maintenance :
- Immediate Cleaning : After each use, immediately clean the vibrating needle by immersing it in a bucket of water and running the vibrator briefly to prevent concrete from hardening on the shaft.
- Housing Clean : Wipe the aluminum housing and motor unit clean with a dry cloth. Do not use water to clean the motor housing.
- Storage : Store the vibrator in a dry, safe place away from moisture and direct sunlight.
- Inspection : Periodically check the vibrating needle and hose for cracks, bends, or damage. Inspect the power cord for cuts or fraying.
- Carbon Brushes : Consult the user manual or a qualified technician for timely inspection and replacement of the carbon brushes to maintain motor performance.
