Usage
:User Instructions :
- Preparation : Connect the vibrator to a stable 220V power supply. Ensure the 1.5-meter shaft and 35mm needle are securely attached to the motor unit.
- Insertion : Insert the needle vertically into the fresh concrete. Penetrate the needle quickly and then hold steady.
- Vibration : Vibrate the concrete for 5 to 15 seconds. Stop vibrating when the surface appears glossy and no more large air bubbles rise.
- Withdrawal : Slowly and steadily pull the needle out of the concrete, ensuring the hole collapses behind it.
- Spacing : Place the next insertion so the area of compaction overlaps the previously vibrated zone.
- Avoidance : Do not allow the needle to rest on or strike the rebar, as this can weaken the concrete bond and damage the needle.
Maintenance :
- Cleaning : After every use, immediately clean the entire shaft and needle to prevent concrete from hardening on the surface. Use a soft brush and water.
- Inspection : Regularly check the 1.5-meter flexible shaft for any signs of kinking, damage, or wear. Inspect the 35mm needle head for excessive abrasion.
- Motor Care : Keep the motor housing clean and free of dust. Ensure the cooling vents are not blocked.
- Lubrication : Periodically check and lubricate the flexible shaft couplings as specified in the owner's manual to prevent overheating and premature wear.
- Storage : Store the unit in a dry, covered area. Coil the shaft loosely for storage; avoid severe bends.
