Description
With a jaw capacity of 35 mm and an overall length of 250 mm, this sturdy, all-steel Stillson-type pipe wrench is drop forged from premium, carefully chosen steel and is hardened and tempered for optimal gripping power on round pipes and fittings. Model 10/250mm, which complies with IS: 4003-1978 requirements, provides industrial-grade torque without the risk of breaking.
Features
:- Nut and handle failure is eliminated by the one-piece, all-steel construction.
- Extreme torque applications are tolerated by drop-forged steel.
- On slippery pipes, hardened and tempered teeth offer an excellent bite.
- Small to medium pipes are efficiently handled by the 35mm jaw capacity.
- Tight areas in plumbing systems can be accessed with a narrow design.
Applications
:- Pipe installation and industrial plumbing.
- Pipeline maintenance for gas and oil.
- Hydraulic line work for heavy machinery
- Pipe handling on construction sites.
Usage
:- To set the approximate jaw opening, turn the thumb screw.
- When the hook jaw is pressed up against the pipe, the upper jaw bites.
- For optimal grip, pull or push the handle perpendicular to the pipe's axis.
- To prevent spring tension, properly release the thumb screw before storing.
- To keep teeth gripping, clean them frequently.
