This instrument, which is 10 inches (250 mm) long, is designed to handle larger diameter copper and aluminum wires that are too big for smaller cutters. To ensure smooth, repetitive operation in tough industrial situations, the blades are forged from premium-grade carbon steel, precisely honed, and treated with anti-rust oil. For high-voltage terminations and expert electrical installations, the shear-cut design offers a neat, square finish that guarantees the cable strands are not crushed.

Usage
:- Verification: Make sure the substance is aluminum or copper. Strict Warning: The cutting edges of this tool will be permanently damaged if it is used on steel, ACSR, or live wires.
- Method: Make sure the cable is inserted as deeply as possible into the jaw. Apply leverage along the whole length of the 10-inch handles for optimal effectiveness.
- The Cut: Until the shear is finished, apply constant, strong pressure. To avoid misaligning the blade, do not rotate the instrument during cutting.
- Blade Care: After every use, wipe the blades clean to get rid of moisture and metal shavings.
