The Hartley RSC-1050 is a compact, high-performance single-acting hydraulic cylinder jack designed for low-clearance lifting, pressing, pushing, and alignment tasks. Built with heavy-duty stainless steel and finished in a high-visibility yellow coating, this portable hydraulic ram delivers up to 10 tons of lifting force with a 50 mm (2 inch) stroke length. Operating on a single-acting hydraulic extension system with automatic spring return, it features a minimum retracted height of just 103 mm, allowing it to easily slide into confined industrial spaces. Designed with a flat base for maximum support, it operates with standard manual, foot, or electric hydraulic pumps.

Usage

Positioning: Slide the compact cylinder directly under the workpiece on a flat, solid surface.
Hose Connection: Connect the high-pressure hose coupler from a compatible manual or electric hydraulic pump to the cylinder inlet.
Lifting/Pushing: Close the pump release valve and actuate the pump handle to extend the ram up to 50 mm.
Securing: Insert safety blocking or shims under the raised load before carrying out maintenance work.
Retracting: Slowly open the pump release valve to allow the internal spring to retract the ram completely.
