Description
A high-performance "brain" for 1000W electric cars is the Smart BLDC Motor Controller. With a broad voltage range of 48V to 72V, this universal controller can be used with a variety of battery configurations, including lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries. Because of its "Three-Mode" wireless design, it can function with or without Hall sensors, giving your motor a fail-safe. It provides strong torque for smooth acceleration and hill climbing with a 32A current output. Cruise control, anti-theft assistance, and self-learning capabilities to automatically match your motor phase for a hassle-free installation are all features of the smart diagnostic interface.

Usage
:- Mounting: To enable airflow over the aluminum cooling fins, fasten the controller in a vented section of the car.
- Battery Connection: Make sure the voltage is between 48 and 72 volts before connecting the thick red (+) and black (-) cables to your battery pack.
- Motor Phase: Align the phase wires of your motor with the thick Yellow, Green, and Blue wires.
- Self-Learning: The motor will spin if you connect the two "Learning" wires and turn on the power. If it spins backward, unhook the learning wires after disconnecting and reconnecting until it spins forward.
- Throttle and Braking: To guarantee safety, plug in the brake cut-off wires and the 3-pin throttle connector.
- Peripheral Setup: Using the accompanying diagram, connect the cruise control, 3-speed, and anti-theft wires as necessary.
