NOTE:
- This machine can only fill FREE FLOW, NON STICKY POWDER which include medicine powder, boric powder and the powder which is free from moisture.
- This machine is not suitable for moisturized masala or powder as it is only suitable for dry free flow powder.
Usage
:- Setup the Machine : Place the machine on a stable, flat surface.
- Power On : Connect the machine to a power source and turn it on.
- Adjust Settings : Set the desired weight range (10 to 50gm) using the control panel.
- Prepare the Powder : Ensure that the powder is dry and free-flowing. Load the powder into the hopper of the machine and make sure that the hopper should not be filled fully with the items to keep a smooth operation.
- Filling Process : Place empty containers under the filling nozzle.
- Clean Up : After use, clean all parts of the machine that came into contact with powder.
Maintenance :
- Regular Cleaning : Ensure that the machine is cleaned daily to prevent powder buildup and contamination. Use a soft brush and vacuum to remove any residual powder.
- Inspection of Components : Regularly inspect components such as the filling nozzle, hopper, and vibrators for wear or damage. Replace any worn-out parts immediately. The machine's hopper should be cleaned after every use for a good performance and give at least 20 mins after 1 hour continuous use.
- Vibrator Maintenance : Check the vibrators for proper operation, ensuring they are securely mounted and functioning effectively to facilitate smooth powder flow.
