Usage

• Surface Preparation: Clean the application zone aggressively. Remove all dirt, oil films, loose algae, and peeling old paint layers. The surface must be 100% dry.
• Mixing: Open the 10KG bucket and stir thoroughly for 2 minutes to distribute the product formulation evenly. Do not dilute with thinners.
• First Layer Coating: Spread an even, continuous thin coat over the metal or concrete substrate using a high-quality medium-nap roller or dense nylon brush.
• Drying Interval: Let the clear coat cure completely for 4 to 6 hours depending on the ambient environmental temperature and airflow.
• Second Layer Coating: Apply a second layer crosswise to the first coat to guarantee perfect micro-crack coverage and maximum water defense.
