Usage
:- Loading: Raise the pump assembly by opening the side toggle latches. Pour up to 10 kg of bulk grease into the bucket.
- Setup: Reinstall the pump head, place the follower plate over the grease, and securely lock the side clamps.
- Transport: Use the U-handle to tilt the unit back, then wheel it straight to the machine that needs maintenance.
- Priming: Make sure the hose is attached. To remove air, quickly pump the lever for a few brief strokes until the grease flow is consistent.
- Connection: Securely snap the 4-jaw coupler onto the grease zerk (fitting) of the machine.
- Operation: Press the lever with full, steady strokes. Even in tight spaces, the high-leverage handle will supply lubricant.
