Usage
:- Initial Connection: Always connect the thick black B- wire to the battery pack's primary negative terminal first.
- Set up the balance harness by connecting the white sampling wires in proper sequence, beginning with the cell 1 negative (black wire) and progressing through the cell 1-10 positives.
- To avoid permanent board damage, verify the voltage at the sample connector pins using a multimeter before inserting it into the BMS.
- Load Wiring: Connect the negative line from the motor controller and battery charger to the P- connector.
- Thermal Safety: Ensure that the NTC sensor is nestled between the cells to monitor the real pack temperature while in use.
