Description
Sturdy all-steel With a 300mm length and a 44mm jaw capacity, this Stillson-style pipe wrench is drop forged from high-quality steel that has been tempered and hardened for industrial-grade pipe grasping. Model 12/300mm, which complies with IS: 4003-1978 requirements, can handle larger pipes and provide the maximum torque without running the danger of handle failure.
Features
:- Handle breakage is eliminated by the one-piece, all-steel construction.
- Extreme industrial torque can be withstood by drop-forged steel.
- On damp or slick pipes, hardened and tempered jaws bite firmly.
- Pipes of a diameter of 1/4" to 1-1/2" can be gripped with a 44mm capacity.
- Tight plumbing places are efficiently accessed by the compact head design.
Applications
:- Installation of gas and plumbing lines for industrial use.
- Maintenance of hydraulic pipes in heavy machines.
- Handling of huge pipes on a construction site.
- Assembly and repair of oil and gas fittings.
Usage
:- For pipe size, adjust the knurled nut to the preset jaw opening.
- Pulling the upper jaw causes it to self-tighten; hook the lower jaw beneath the pipe.
- For optimal gripping power, apply force perpendicular to the pipe.
- It is solely intended for rotating torque; never use it as a hammer.
- To ensure smooth adjustment, oil teeth on a regular basis.
