Description
This impulse type hand sealer machine is a manual device designed for sealing plastic bags or pouches. It uses a heating element to create a seal by melting the plastic. Usage (How to Use) :
- Preparation : Place the open end of the plastic bag or pouch between the sealing bars of the machine.
- Activation : Press down on the handle to lower the sealing bar onto the plastic. The heating element activates and heats up the sealing bar.
- Sealing : The heat from the sealing bar melts the plastic, causing it to bond together. The duration of the heat application is controlled by the timer or control knob.
- Cooling : After a few seconds, release the handle. The plastic will cool and solidify, creating a strong seal.
- Removal : Once cooled, remove the sealed bag from the machine.
Maintenance:
- Cleaning : Regularly clean the sealing bar to remove any residual plastic or debris.
- Inspection : Periodically check the heating element and other components for wear or damage.
NOTE : This Impulse Hand Sealer Machine is suitable for the low graded plastics and we do not recommend Impulse Type Hand Sealer Machine for High Density Polythene, for high graded plastics, the Hot Bar Hand Sealer Machines recommended.
Applications
:- No warm-up time needed.
- Put Plastic bag on platform, press down the handle, wait for desired time and beep (as per material)
- Leave the handle about one second after the signal is off.
- Do the final adjustments on the timer after a few operations.
- If the bag is not sealed properly, increase the time slowly & if the bag is sealed too much or melted, decrease the time.
Warning :
- Never open the machine without disconnecting the mains plug pin from power socket.
