Description
Specifically designed for high-intensity concrete removal and structural destruction, built to withstand the punishing environments of professional construction sites, the Btali BT DH7-1300 MAX PRO sets the standard for the 7kg breaker class. Its balanced, inline layout permits comfortable handling during both vertical downward floor-breaking and horizontal wall-level chiseling.
The core of this heavy-duty tool is its advanced 18mm SDS Max retention system. Unlike older hex-style chunks, the SDS Max mechanism maximizes torque transfer and prevents bit slippage under extreme stress. To combat the physical strain of extended operation, the tool incorporates internal vibration-dampening components alongside an ergonomic grip design, drastically lowering the impact feedback transferred to your hands and arms.
Features
:Massive 20-Joule Strike Force: Delivers immense impact power to shatter cured concrete, masonry, and brickwork quickly.
18mm SDS Max Chuck System: Ensures flawless bit retention and efficient power transmission, virtually eliminating rotational bit slippage.
High-Efficiency 1300W Motor: Maintains steady torque and a blazing 3600 BPM strike rate under heavy workloads without stalling.
Ergonomic Anti-Vibration Design: Significantly minimizes operator fatigue and joint strain during prolonged, continuous operation.
Optimized 7kg Maneuverability: Strikes the perfect balance between brute downward mass and lightweight control for effortless overhead or wall chiseling.
ISO 9001:2015 Certified Quality: Built in accordance with strict international manufacturing standards to guarantee reliable field performance.
Applications
:Reinforced Concrete Breaking: Perfect for demolishing foundational slabs, reinforced pillars, driveways, and thick concrete walkways.
Heavy Masonry & Wall Breaches: Ideal for knocking down brick or stone walls and creating clean penetrations for large utility pipes.
Asphalt Cutting & Trenching: Easily slices through asphalt for roadway repairs, utility pipe routing, and edge pooling.
Commercial Tile & Mortar Striping: Rapidly chips away hardened mortar beds, industrial-grade floor coatings, and stone tile work.
Renovation & Remodeling: Essential tool for structural remodeling, indoor floor-leveling preparations, and general site cleanup.
Usage
:- Pre-Operation Inspection & Bit Lubrication: Ensure the tool is unplugged. Inspect the power cord for cracks or fraying. Apply a small amount of high-pressure grease to the shank of the 18mm SDS Max chisel or point before inserting it into the chuck. Pull back on the chuck collar, insert the bit, rotate it until it clicks, and pull forward to confirm it is fully locked into place.
- Secure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Equip yourself with mandatory safety gear before starting, including heavy-duty safety goggles, hearing protection, vibration-reducing gloves, steel-toe boots, and a dust mask to protect against airborne concrete silica dust.
- Positioning and Stance: Plug the tool into a grounded 220–240V power outlet. Plant both feet firmly apart for a balanced stance. Firmly grip the rear D-handle with your dominant hand and the auxiliary side handle with your other hand. Position the tip of the bit against the concrete surface at a 60 to 90-degree angle before pulling the trigger.
- Operating with Proper Leverage: Squeeze the trigger to begin chiseling. Do not force or push down hard on the tool. Let the 7kg weight of the machine and the 20-Joules of kinetic energy do the work. Pressing too hard will choke the 1300W motor, reduce the impact mechanism's efficiency, and accelerate tool wear.
- Post-Use Shutdown & Cooling: Release the trigger and wait for the motor to come to a complete stop before lifting the tool from the work area. Unplug the unit. Do not touch the chisel bit or the front metal housing bare-handed immediately after use, as friction makes them extremely hot. Allow the tool to cool completely before removing the bit and wiping it down for storage.
