Description
A heavy-duty, industrial-grade manual hydraulic pipe bender, the Inder P-213B is made to precisely bend pipes with thick walls. This device is specifically designed for long-radius bending of heavy-gauge ERW pipes, specifically 'C' class variants used in gas, water, and steam lines (DIN 2440/2441), using a large 15-ton hydraulic ram. Because the hinged frame design makes pipe insertion and removal quick, it offers an improved user experience. It provides remarkable strength and stops pipe deformation at bends of up to 90° thanks to its Spheroidal Graphite (S.G.) formers.

Usage
:- Mount the S.G. former on the ram after choosing one that matches the pipe diameter.
- Place the pipe against the hinged frame after unlocking it.
- Put the pivot pins in the holes that correspond to the necessary bending radius.
- Secure the hinged frame by closing it.
- The 15-ton ram may be advanced until the required angle is obtained by pumping the handle.
- To retract the ram and take out the pipe, open the release valve.
