Description
A cutting-edge, industrial-grade water heating option made for high-demand settings is the Surya 150L Wood Fired Hot Water Boiler. This boiler has high-density 32-density glass wool insulation for optimal thermal efficiency and combines a sturdy Mild Steel inner tank with a stylish, mirror-polished Stainless Steel exterior cover. It is far less expensive than electric or gas systems since it is designed to produce hot water continuously using sustainable biomass fuels. It is the go-to option for large-scale residential projects and commercial industries because to its specific rust-proof coating and resistance to high operating pressures.
Features
:- Quick Heating Capacity: Produces hot water in ten minutes and reaches a constant temperature of sixty degrees Celsius in thirty.
- Superior Insulation: With 50 x 32-density glass wool insulation, it can hold heat for eight to ten hours.
- Heavy-Duty Construction: Constructed with an inner tank that is 6 mm and 8 mm thick, and tested for a high air pressure of 12.5 kg.
- Dual-Material Design: combines an outside shell made of stainless steel (SS) for hygienic and cosmetic reasons with a sturdy interior tank made of mild steel (MS) for strength.
- Weather Independent: It functions flawlessly in cloudy, rainy, or foggy weather, unlike solar heaters.
- Hard Water Optimized: Extremely efficient in regions with high mineral content, where electric and solar heaters frequently malfunction.
Applications
:- Industrial: Manufacturing, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and textile facilities.
- Large dairy and poultry farms are examples of agro-business.
- Resorts, lodges, hotels, and guest houses are examples of hospitality.
- Institutions include large hospitals, hostels, and engineering colleges.
- Corporate: Labor colonies and factory personnel quarters.
Usage
:- Fueling: Uses wood, charcoal, agricultural refuse, coconut shells, and kernels.
- Dry Maintenance: To avoid external corrosion, keep the boiler unit dry at all times.
- Surface Safety: Because the boiler produces a lot of surface heat, avoid placing plastics, detergents, or soaps on top of it.
- Avoid installing a Non-Return Valve (NRV) in the plumbing line.
- Ash Management: To maintain effective combustion and avoid airflow obstructions, clean the ash drawer on a regular basis.
- Blockage Check: Clean the 10-foot exhaust pipe to get rid of any dust or soot accumulation if heating takes longer than usual.
- Water Quality: To get rid of bacteria or sediment, flush the tank right away if the water starts to smell or turn discolored.
