The K-707 easily breaks through clogged grease fittings and guarantees steady lubrication of heavy-duty bearings thanks to a precision-machined pump assembly that produces high output pressure. Usage
:- Filling: Raise the pump assembly by opening the side toggle clamps. Add up to 15 kg of bulk grease to the bucket
- Priming: Cover the grease surface with the follower plate. Put the pump head back in and tighten the side clamps.
- Transport: Use the tall U-handle to tilt the unit back, then roll it straight to the lubrication point.
- Setup: If additional leverage is required, place one foot on the stabilizer bar.
- Operation: Attach the grease zerk to the 4-jaw coupler. For a steady, high-pressure flow, use complete, steady lever strokes.
- Maintenance: Store the hose on the built-in handle hook and clean the coupler after each usage.
