Usage

Power On & Set Parameters: Turn on the main power switch. Use the digital controller panel to program your target temperature and pressing time based on your transfer material (e.g., 160°C / 15 seconds for DTF/Vinyl, 200°C / 40 seconds for Sublimation). Wait for the machine to reach the set temperature.
Adjust Pressure: Turn the top adjustment knob to set the desired clamping force. Use medium pressure for sublimation/thin fabrics and firm/heavy pressure for DTF, Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV), and stone/rhinestone pasting.
Pre-Press Garment: Lay your garment (T-shirt, hoodie, bag, or mouse pad) flat across the bottom heat-resistant silicone pad. Pull the handle down for 3 to 5 seconds to eliminate surface moisture and smooth out wrinkles.
Position Design: Place your DTF film, vinyl, or sublimation paper face-down in your desired position on the item. Cover the print area with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper to protect the fabric and upper platen.
Press & Lock: Pull down the heat press handle firmly until the lock mechanism engages. The digital timer will automatically start counting down.

Maintenance

Regular Cleaning: Wipe the upper platen with a soft cloth to prevent ink, adhesive, or residue buildup.
Lubrication: Periodically apply high-temperature grease or lubricant to moving joints and pivot points.
Inspect Wiring: Periodically check electrical connections, plugs, and wires for any wear or thermal damage.
Keep Clean & Dry: Ensure the machine is stored in a clean, dust-free, and dry environment when not in use.
Pressure Calibration: Regularly test and re-adjust the pressure knob to ensure balanced tension across all four corners.
