Usage
:User Instructions :
- Blade Installation : Ensure the tool is unplugged. Remove the outer flange, mount a compatible 16-inch diamond blade (ensure rotation matches the arrow on the guard), and tighten the flange securely.
- Safety Gear : Put on a dust mask, safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.
- Start Up : Plug in the machine. Grip both handles firmly. Disengage the safety lock (if present) and pull the trigger. Allow the motor to reach full 4700 RPM before touching the material.
- Cutting : Slowly lower the blade into the cut line. Move the machine forward steadily. Do not force the tool; let the high speed of the blade do the cutting.
- Stopping : Release the trigger and wait for the blade to come to a complete stop before setting the machine down.
Maintenance :
- Carbon Brushes : This machine uses a high-power brushed motor. Inspect carbon brushes every 50-60 hours of use and replace them if worn to prevent motor damage.
- Air Vents : Concrete dust is abrasive. Blow compressed air through the motor vents after every use to ensure proper cooling.
- Cord Safety : Regularly check the power cord for cuts or frays, as construction sites can be hazardous to cables.
- Flange Cleaning : Keep the inner and outer flanges clean of debris to ensure the blade sits perfectly flat and spins true.
