Usage
:
Heat Oil/Ghee: Fill with oil or ghee to a suitable depth and heat to the ideal frying temperature for jalebi.
Pipe Batter: Using a jalebi piping bag, pipe the jalebi batter into the hot oil/ghee in a circular, coiled motion.
Fry: Fry until golden and crisp, turning as needed for even cooking.
Drain & Dip: Remove from oil, drain excess, then immediately transfer to warm sugar syrup for soaking.
Serve: Remove from syrup when sufficiently soaked and serve warm.
