Usage

User Instructions :

Safety First : Always wear safety goggles, heavy gloves, ear protection, and a dust mask.
Blade Installation : Ensure the machine is unplugged. Securely mount the 16 inch diamond wheel, ensuring the rotation arrow on the blade matches the machine.
Setup : Connect to a stable 220V power source. Ensure the cord is clear of the cutting path.
Positioning : Align the blade guide with your marked cut line.
Cutting : Switch the machine on and allow it to reach full RPM (4800). Slowly lower the blade into the surface. Push the machine forward at a steady pace; do not force it.
Finishing : Lift the blade out of the cut before turning the machine off.

Maintenance :

Dust Removal : Concrete dust is abrasive. Blow out the motor vents and wipe down the exterior with compressed air after every use.
Blade Inspection : Check the diamond wheel for cracks, missing segments, or warping before every shift. Replace if damaged.
