Usage
:User Instructions :
- Safety First : Always wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety goggles, heavy gloves, ear protection, and steel-toe boots.
- Setup : Ensure the blade is securely mounted and in good condition. Connect the water feed system to a water source to ensure dust suppression and blade cooling.
- Power Connection : Connect the machine to a suitable 220V power outlet with proper grounding.
- Starting the Cut : Hold the machine firmly with both hands. Turn the machine on and allow it to reach full speed before gently introducing the blade to the work surface.
- Cutting Process : Apply steady, even pressure. Do not force the saw; let the high power and speed do the work. Ensure continuous water flow during the cut.
- Finishing : Once the cut is complete, withdraw the blade carefully, turn off the machine, and disconnect the power and water supply.
Maintenance :
- Cleaning : Immediately after use, clean the machine thoroughly to remove concrete slurry. Pay special attention to the drive rollers and blade guide area, as hardened concrete can damage the mechanism.
- Blade Inspection : regularly check the diamond ring blade for cracks, missing segments, or warping. Replace immediately if damaged.
- Drive Rollers : The drive rollers that spin the ring blade are wear items. Inspect them periodically and replace them if they show significant wear to prevent blade slippage.
- Electrical Check : Regularly inspect the power cord and plug for any signs of damage or cuts.
- Water System : Ensure water nozzles are clear of debris to maintain proper flow for cooling.
