Usage
:User Instructions :
- Preparation : Wear appropriate safety gear (goggles, gloves, ear protection, and mask). Ensure the blade is securely tightened.
- Water Setup : Connect the water pump and tube to the machine. Place the pump in a bucket of water to ensure continuous flow.
- Adjust Depth : Loosen the depth lever, set the desired cutting depth, and lock it back in place.
- Operation : Hold the machine firmly with both hands. Squeeze the trigger and allow the blade to reach full speed before touching the material.
- Cutting : Slowly lower the blade into the material. Move the saw forward steadily along your marked line. Do not force the saw; let the blade do the work.
- Shutdown : Release the trigger and wait for the blade to stop spinning completely before setting the tool down.
Maintenance :
- Clean After Use : Concrete dust hardens quickly. Wipe down the machine and flush the water lines with clean water immediately after every use.
- Blade Inspection : Check the diamond blade regularly for cracks or missing segments. Replace dull blades to prevent motor strain.
- Carbon Brushes : This is a high-power electric tool; check the carbon brushes periodically and replace them if they are worn down to maintain motor efficiency.
