Applications
:- Mass Production of Ghevar: Its large, flat surface and durable construction are ideal for efficiently deep-frying multiple or larger Ghevar discs simultaneously in commercial kitchens (sweet shops, hotels, catering).
- High-Volume Flat Frying: Excellent for deep-frying other large, flat Indian breads like puris and bhaturas, or similar items requiring a wide, shallow frying area, for large-scale serving.
Usage
:- Heat Oil/Ghee: Fill with oil/ghee, heat to very high temperature.
- Pour Batter: Carefully pour thin stream of Ghevar batter from height into hot oil.
- Fry: Fry until golden and crispy, using a skewer for central hole and even cooking.
- Drain & Dip: Remove, drain oil, then immerse in sugar syrup.
- Serve: Allow to drain, then garnish and serve.
- Alternative Uses: Also suitable for deep-frying large puris, bhaturas, or flat patties.
