Usage
:User Instructions :
- Safety Setup : Wear full PPE including rubber boots, waterproof gloves, eye protection, and a hard hat.
- Blade Inspection : Ensure the diamond ring blade is correctly seated in the drive rollers and the anti-slip guard is active.
- Water Connection : Connect a water source to the splash guard feed. Never run dry; water is essential for cooling the blade and lubricating the drive mechanism.
- Power On : Plug the 7m cord into a 220V outlet. Disengage the safety switch and trigger the motor.
- Cutting : Allow the saw to reach 3000 RPM. Enter the cut slowly and straight. Apply steady forward pressure but do not force or twist the blade.
- Finishing : Withdraw the blade while it is still spinning, then release the trigger.
Maintenance :
- Slurry Removal : The combination of concrete dust and water creates cement. Thoroughly flush the drive rollers and blade guard with clean water after every use to prevent seizing.
- Drive Roller Check : Inspect the drive rollers for wear. If the blade slips during cutting, the rollers may need adjustment or replacement.
