Usage

Die Selection: Choose the correct pair of hexagonal dies matching the cable lug size (e.g., 50 mm², 150 mm², 300 mm²).
Die Installation: Insert the upper and lower dies into the crimping head jaws until they lock securely into place.
Positioning: Insert the cable with the terminal lug between the crimping dies.
Pumping & Crimping: Turn the hydraulic knob clockwise to the "ON" position and pump the handle until the die halves meet fully, forming a complete hex crimp.
Release: Turn the hydraulic knob counterclockwise to the "OFF" position to release the pressure, open the jaws, and remove the crimped cable lug.
