Description
The Toshweld ARC-400 GT is a heavy-industrial inverter arc welding machine with a large capacity that is intended for continuous production lines, structural steel erection, and professional fabrication yards. It is powered by state-of-the-art three-phase IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) technology, which produces a welding arc that is incredibly stable and has an optimized power factor of 0.93 for the least amount of grid energy waste. This powerhouse, which runs on an industrial 415V AC supply, can handle heavy-gauge electrodes up to 5.2mm and produces a variable current range of 30 to 400 Amps. Its two digital voltage and current displays provide real-time monitoring, guaranteeing high-penetration, flawless welds on low-alloy, stainless steel, and mild steel plates up to 16 mm thick.

Usage
:- Before turning on the system, make sure your workshop's infrastructure offers a grounded three-phase AC 415V power connection.
- Put the electrode holder into the positive (+) terminal and the earth clamp into the negative (-) terminal of the heavy-duty quick-connect dinse plugs, then firmly latch them clockwise.
- Choose a corresponding thick-gauge electrode (such as 4.0mm or 5.2mm) and set the amperage dial between 250A and 400A for the best structural welds on thicker materials.
- When welding out of position or negotiating narrow grout joints, use the adjustable Arc Force knob clockwise to increase puddle agitation.
- If the over-temperature LED illuminates, do not block the high-velocity rear cooling fan array; instead, let the machine idle for a few minutes to allow the internal heat sink to cool down effectively.
