This unit maintains 16 series cells, with a continuous discharge capability of 40 amps and a specific Same-Port Balance design that simplifies wiring for charging and discharging. Usage
:- Wiring Connection: Always connect the thick blue B- wire to the battery pack's primary negative terminal first.
- Balance Harness: Carefully wire the sample connector (17 wires) from Cell 0 (Black/Negative) to Cell 16 (Positive) in proper order.
- Verification: Before connecting the white connector to the BMS, use a voltmeter to ensure that the voltage increases sequentially at each pin.
- Load/Charge: Connect the negative terminals of your motor controller and battery charger to the thick black P-wire.
- Place the NTC sensor in the middle of the battery pack for the most accurate heat monitoring.
