Usage

Select the appropriate bending die corresponding to your pipe size and position it on the machine.
Place the metal pipe (2.75–3.5 mm thickness) onto the support rollers.
Ensure the hydraulic oil tank is filled (1.2 kg capacity) and close the release valve.
Operate the lever handle to extend the cylinder up to a 250 mm stroke to bend the pipe between 90° and 180°.
Open the pressure release valve once the desired bend angle is reached to retract the ram and remove the pipe.
