Applications

Usage
:User Instructions :
- Assembly : Mount the guide bar and chain. Ensure the chain tension is correct (not too tight, not too loose).
- Safety Gear : Put on dust goggles, a heavy-duty dust mask (N95 or better), gloves, and steel-toe boots.
- Power Connection : Plug into a grounded 220V outlet. Use a heavy-gauge extension cord if necessary to prevent power drops.
- Preparation : Mark your cut line on the wall or block clearly.
- Cutting : Hold the saw firmly with both hands. Trigger the motor and let it reach full speed (6300 RPM) before touching the wall.
- Technique : Apply steady pressure. Do not force the saw; allow the high-speed chain to grind away the material. For wall openings, a plunge cut technique may be used by experienced operators.
Maintenance :
- Chain Tension : Check tension frequently during use, as chains stretch when hot. Tighten as needed.
- Cleaning : Masonry dust is abrasive. Blow out the motor vents and clean the sprocket area with compressed air after every use.
- Lubrication : Ensure the chain lubrication system is working and the reservoir is filled with appropriate bar oil to prevent overheating.
- Chain Sharpness : A dull chain overheats the motor. Replace the chain (66 links) when cutting speed drops significantly.
