Usage
:User Instructions :
- Preparation : Wear maximum PPE (Safety helmet, goggles, vibration-dampening gloves, steel-toe boots, and ear protection).
- Chisel Setup : Insert the desired chisel (flat for edging/cutting, pointed for general breaking) and lock the retainer mechanism securely.
- Power Up : Plug into a heavy-duty grounded outlet. Ensure the cable is behind you.
- Stance : Stand with feet shoulder-width apart for balance. Grip the handles firmly.
- Operation : Place the chisel tip on the target. Squeeze the trigger. Do not lean with your full body weight; let the 18kg machine weight and 80J force do the crushing.
- Progress : Break material in small chunks from the edge inward, rather than trying to drill the center of a slab.
Maintenance :
- Grease Replenishment : This machine uses a grease system. unscrew the grease cap periodically (every 40-50 hours of use) and top up with the recommended heat-resistant grease.
- Brush Inspection : Check carbon brushes regularly. Replace them immediately if they are worn down to prevent motor damage.
- Chisel Maintenance : Keep chisels sharp. Dull chisels increase vibration and strain the motor.
- Cleaning : Use compressed air to clean air vents after every use to prevent concrete dust from hardening inside the motor.
