Description
The Kisan KSSWP-100 is a high-performance 1 HP (0.75 kW) oil-filled submersible sewage pump designed for efficient domestic and industrial wastewater management. Equipped with a heavy-duty cast iron body and a durable 50 mm (2-inch) outlet, this continuous duty pump reliably handles solid materials up to 20 mm in size. It delivers a maximum flow rate of up to 350 LPM and a maximum head of up to 12 meters, making it the ideal solution for septic tank drainage, basement dewatering, and domestic sewage disposal.
Features
:- Heavy-Duty Cast Iron Construction: Robust cast iron pump body and impeller ensure maximum durability and superior wear resistance under tough operating conditions.
- Efficient Solid Handling: Built to handle soft solids and fibrous materials up to 20 mm in diameter without clogging the system.
- Advanced Mechanical Sealing: Uses highly reliable Carbon Ceramic / Silicon Carbide mechanical seals to securely isolate the motor from fluid ingress.
- High Performance Motor: Features a 1 HP oil-filled induction motor working at a rated speed of 2800 RPM for stable performance and effective cooling.
- Continuous Duty Operation: Specially rated for continuous duty (S1), allowing uninterrupted operation during heavy drainage cycles.
- Superior Environmental Protection: Rated with an IP68 protection class and Class F insulation to handle submerged environments safely at liquid temperatures up to 40°C.
Applications
:- Domestic sewage disposal and residential wastewater drainage.
- Emptying and transferring waste from septic tanks and cesspits.
- Dewatering flooded basements, underground parkings, and low-lying areas
- Removal of accumulated stagnant water at construction and civil engineering sites.
- Transfer of non-corrosive industrial effluents and greywater in commercial sectors.
Usage
:- Ensure the pump is fully submerged in the liquid before starting to prevent dry running and motor overheating.
- Do not exceed the maximum liquid temperature threshold of 40°C during continuous operation.
- Verify that the power supply strictly matches the rated 220 V, 50 Hz single-phase specification.
- Never use the power cable to lower, lift, or carry the pump; always use a dedicated suspension rope or chain attached to the handle.
- Ensure the diameter of the solid particles in the fluid does not exceed the maximum handling capacity of 20 mm.
Maintenance
:- Periodically check the suction strainer and impeller area for any wrapped debris, rags, or solid buildup, and clean them to prevent clogging.
- Inspect the electrical power cable for any cuts, swelling, or insulation wear before deep installation cycles.
- Regularly monitor the condition of the internal oil chamber to ensure the oil-filled motor stays lubricated and insulated properly.
- Check the operational current and check for abnormal vibrations or sounds during regular continuous run cycles.
- If the pump is left unused for long periods in sludge, run it briefly in clean water to wash out residual sediments inside the cast iron body.
