Usage

Inspect both ratchet buckles to ensure gears and release levers move freely prior to use.
Open the ratchet handle and thread the free end of a 1-inch (25mm) polyester webbing strap through the center spool slot.
Pull the excess webbing slack through by hand until the strap rests taut across the cargo.
Crank the ergonomic handle back and forth to engage the precision gear and tension the strap to the desired load limit.
Push the ratchet handle fully down flat to lock the safety gear mechanism into place during transit.
To release, pull the spring-loaded safety latch, lift the handle 180 degrees open, and pull the strap free.
