Description
This 20 inch(50.8cm) hot bar foot sealing machine is an effective equipment designed to seal plastic bags using a sealing mechanism. The impulse sealing machine makes excellent air & water-tight seals on materials like P.P, L.D, H.M, and polythene bags, along with various other types of bag films. This foot is commonly used to seal the plastic pouches in supermarkets, malls, shops, and other food industries.

Usage
:- Setup the Machine : Place the foot sealer on a stable, flat surface. Ensure it is plugged into a suitable power outlet.
- Adjust Timer and Temperature : Adjust the temperature according to the type of packaging material you are using.
- Position the Material : Place the open end of the packaging material between the sealing bars of the machine.
- Seal the Package : Press down on the foot pedal to activate the sealing process. Hold down for few seconds then sealing is complete.
- Remove Sealed Package : Release the foot pedal and carefully remove your sealed package from between the bars.
- Check Seal Quality : Inspect the seal for completeness and strength before proceeding with further packaging.
Maintenance :
- Temperature Management : Avoid leaving the sealer on when not in use for extended periods, especially overnight, as this can shorten the lifespan of its components.
- Cleaning : Periodically wipe down the unit to remove any excess bag material or food debris that may accumulate after sealing.
