Usage

• Ensure the target surface is thoroughly clean, dry, and cleared of structural loose debris. Remove heavy existing scale or rust build-ups using wire brushing or mechanical sanding tools. Eliminate oils, grease, or chemical treatments with an industrial degreasing solvent.
• Open the 20KG container and stir the material thoroughly using a slow-speed mechanical mixer or flat paddle tool to reintegrate any settled anti-corrosive pigments into the active polymer base.
• Apply one consistent, un-thinned coat across the substrate using a roller, brush, or specialized spray unit. Ensure an even wet-film distribution avoiding localized puddling or thick sagging lines.
• Allow the primer coat to cure in a dry, ventilated environment. Once fully dry to the touch and structurally stable, follow up with the designated premium protective topcoats or waterproofing layers.
