The Total TCTLI2005 is an industrial-grade 20V cordless hydraulic cable crimping tool designed for heavy-duty electrical jointing, power distribution line installation, and industrial wiring applications. Generating a massive 120 KN of hydraulic crimping force with a 42mm stroke length, it effortlessly crimps copper and aluminum lugs from 16mm² all the way up to 400mm² within a fast 6–18 second cycle time. Featuring an integrated LED usage count display screen, it allows operators to track crimp cycles and maintenance intervals in real time. The complete kit includes 12 sets of interchangeable crimping dies (16mm² to 400mm²), two high-capacity 20V 5.0Ah lithium-ion battery packs (TFBLI2053), a 4A fast charger (TFCLI20411E), replacement hydraulic sealing rings, and hydraulic fluid, all neatly housed inside a protective plastic carrying case and color box.

Usage

Die Set Selection: Select the upper and lower crimping dies matching your target cable lug size (e.g., 120mm² or 400mm²) and slide them into the crimping head jaws.
Lug & Cable Insertion: Position the stripped copper/aluminum cable lug inside the die cavity between the jaws.
Battery Connection: Slide a fully charged 20V 5.0Ah lithium-ion battery pack into the base of the handle until it locks firmly into position.
Crimping Operation: Depress the operating trigger; the hydraulic ram will advance and compress the lug until maximum 120 KN pressure is achieved, then auto-retract. Check the LED screen to view the updated cycle count.
Post-Work Maintenance: Remove the battery after work, wipe down the hydraulic head with a clean cloth, inspect fluid levels if necessary, and store all dies and tools in the plastic case.
