The Total TTVLI20018 is a high-efficiency 20V cordless tile vibration machine designed to streamline floor and wall tile installations. Powered by a 20V lithium-ion battery system, this tool generates a variable vibrational frequency ranging from 0 to 10,000 RPM across 6 adjustable speed settings to effectively remove air bubbles and distribute adhesive evenly beneath tiles. Featuring a heavy-duty 130mm suction cup capable of lifting up to 60 kg, it allows easy positioning and precise alignment of ceramic, porcelain, and large-format tiles. The complete installation kit includes a 2.0Ah battery, fast charger, protective kneepads, putty trowel, multiple tile spacers (1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm), tile levelers (1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm), and leveler inserts, all packed inside a durable plastic buckle case.

Usage

Battery Setup: Attach the fully charged 20V 2.0Ah lithium-ion battery into the base of the handle until securely latched.
Suction Attachment: Place the 130mm rubber suction cup onto the clean surface of the tile, press down, and engage the suction lever to lock up to 60 kg of adsorption weight.
Tile Positioning: Transport the tile using the machine's handle and lower it onto the freshly combed thinset mortar bed.
Vibration Application: Release the suction lever, select speed setting 1 through 6 on the dial, and depress the trigger to apply high-frequency vibration across the tile surface to eliminate air gaps.
Leveling & Clean Up: Use the included tile levelers, spacers, trowel, and kneepads for final joint gap alignment, remove the battery after work, clean thinset residue off the suction cup, and store in the buckle case.
