The Total TSLI14023 is a compact 20V brushless cordless circular saw designed for wood trimming, sheet cutting, cabinetry work, and job-site carpentry. Powered by an advanced 20V brushless motor operating at a high no-load speed of 6,300 RPM, it drives a 140mm (5-1/2") blade with a 20mm arbor for fast, clean rip and cross cuts. It features tool-free adjustable cutting depth and bevel settings, allowing precise cuts up to 50mm at 90° and 33mm at 45° bevel angles. The complete kit includes a 140mm TCT circular saw blade, a high-capacity 4.0Ah 20V lithium-ion battery pack (TFBLI20021), and a fast charger (TFCLI20411) packaged neatly inside a color box.

Usage

Blade Mounting: Press the spindle lock button, fit the 140mm blade onto the 20mm arbor in the correct directional orientation, and tighten the arbor bolt securely.
Depth & Bevel Setup: Adjust the baseplate depth lever to set the desired cutting depth (up to 50mm) and tilt the bevel scale to 45° if angled cutting is required.
Battery Connection: Slide a fully charged 20V 4.0Ah battery pack into the tool base until locked.
Operation: Place the front shoe plate flat on the workpiece, depress the trigger lock-off button, squeeze the trigger switch, and push the saw forward smoothly along your marked cut line.
Post-Work Care: Release the trigger switch, allow the blade to come to a complete stop, remove the battery pack, clean away sawdust accumulation, and store in a dry environment.
