The impact wrench features a 12.7mm (1/2-inch) square drive and dual-speed operation, delivering 0–2000 RPM in Low gear and 0–2400 RPM in High gear, with impact frequencies of 0–2900 BPM (Low) and 0–3200 BPM (High). It provides up to 320 N·m torque (260 N·m in Low gear) and a powerful 420 N·m nut-busting torque, making it suitable for demanding bolt removal and fastening tasks. The tool also features smart functions including Energy Saving Mode and Smart-Loosen for improved control and efficiency. Available in battery configurations of 4.0Ah × 2, 5.0Ah × 2, or Solo unit.

Usage

Select and attach a suitable 1/2-inch impact socket to the 12.7mm square drive of the DCA ADPB320.
Insert a charged 20V battery pack (4.0Ah or 5.0Ah) into the cordless base, or prepare the Solo tool.
Choose between Low gear (0–2000 RPM, 260 N·m) or High gear (0–2400 RPM, 320 N·m) according to the task requirements.
Enable smart modes such as Energy Saving Mode or Smart-Loosen function for better control during bolt removal.
Align the socket onto the bolt/nut and pull the switch trigger to deliver up to 320 N·m fastening torque or 420 N·m nut-busting torque.
Release the trigger and remove the battery pack upon completion.
