The Total TSGLI2004 is a high-efficiency 20V cordless HVLP paint spray gun designed for smooth, hassle-free painting across home renovation, woodworking, automotive, and outdoor maintenance tasks. Featuring an adjustable spray amplitude, a maximum flow rate of 800 ml/min, and a spraying pressure of 0.1–0.2 Bar, this tool handles paints, lacquers, stains, and varnishes up to a maximum viscosity of 120 DIN-s. It comes equipped with a large 1000ml container and two durable copper nozzles (1.5mm and 2.5mm) for fine and coarse spray control. Packaged in a color box, this bare unit tool operates on Total’s 20V lithium-ion battery platform (battery and charger sold separately).

Usage

Viscosity Testing: Measure paint thickness using the included viscosity measuring cup to ensure it is under 120 DIN-s; thin if necessary.
Container Preparation: Fill the 1000ml paint container with diluted paint and screw it firmly onto the spray gun housing.
Nozzle & Pattern Selection: Select either the 1.5mm or 2.5mm copper nozzle and adjust the spray amplitude pattern for horizontal, vertical, or round coverage.
Battery Setup: Attach a compatible Total 20V lithium-ion battery (sold separately) to the tool base until latched.
Spraying & Cleaning: Maintain a steady distance of 15–25 cm from the surface while depressing the trigger. Clean the nozzle thoroughly with the cleaning needle after use.
