The Total TSGLI20042 is a high-efficiency 20V HVLP cordless paint spray gun kit engineered for fast, smooth painting across residential renovation, woodworking, automotive, and outdoor maintenance applications. Featuring adjustable spray amplitude, a maximum flow rate of 800 ml/min, and a spraying pressure of 0.1–0.2 Bar, this tool handles paints, lacquers, stains, primers, and varnishes up to a maximum viscosity of 120 DIN-s. It features a large 1000ml container and two durable copper nozzles for fine and coarse spray control. The complete kit includes a 2.0Ah 20V lithium-ion battery pack, a fast charger, viscosity measuring cup, dust blower nozzle, and cleaning needle, all neatly packaged in a color box.

Usage

Viscosity Testing: Measure paint thickness using the included viscosity measuring cup to ensure it is under 120 DIN-s; thin if necessary.
Container Preparation: Fill the 1000ml paint container with thinned paint and screw it firmly onto the spray gun housing.
Nozzle & Pattern Selection: Select the copper nozzle and adjust the spray amplitude pattern for horizontal, vertical, or round coverage.
Battery Installation: Slide the included 20V 2.0Ah battery into the base of the spray gun until latched into place.
Spraying & Cleaning: Maintain a steady distance of 15–25 cm from the surface while depressing the trigger. Clean the copper nozzle thoroughly with the cleaning needle after use.
