Yking 5840-P, 58 cc 2 Stroke Petrol Operated Chain Saw, 22 inch(55.88 cm) Bar
Descriptions :
- Engine Power: Petrol chainsaws are equipped with powerful internal combustion engines that provide high cutting performance. The engine power is typically measured in terms of engine displacement, expressed in cubic centimeters (cc) or horsepower (HP). Higher engine power generally means the chainsaw can handle more demanding tasks.
- Chain Brake: Safety is a crucial aspect of petrol chainsaws, and many models include a chain brake mechanism. The chain brake helps prevent kickback, a sudden upward or backward movement of the chainsaw that can occur when the chain makes contact with an object. It quickly stops the chain from rotating in the event of a kickback, reducing the risk of injury.
- Anti-Vibration System: Petrol chainsaws often feature anti-vibration systems that help reduce the vibrations transferred to the operator's hands and arms during use. This feature increases comfort and minimizes fatigue, allowing for more extended periods of operation.
- Chain Tensioning : Chainsaws require regular chain tensioning to maintain optimal cutting performance and safety. Some petrol chainsaws offer tool-less chain tensioning systems, making it easier to adjust the chain tension without additional tools.
- Air Filtration System: Petrol chainsaws incorporate air filtration systems to prevent dust, debris, and other particles from entering the engine. This helps protect the engine from damage and ensures smooth operation over time. Regular maintenance of the air filter is necessary to keep it clean and functioning properly.

> Take all the necessary safety precautions.
Starting the engine :
> Check the chain brake and engage it so that the chain don't move while operating.
> Turn the on/off switch to the "on" position and open the choke.
> Press the fuel primer button several times to fill the fuel from the tank into the carburetor.
> Pull the starter cord then push the choke back in halfway when the engine starts to turn over. Pull the starter cord again.
> Adjust the choke to the “run” position once the engine is running.
> Allow the engine to be idle for about a minute to get warm and start working.
> Turn the on/off switch to the “off” position when you’re ready to stop your chainsaw.
