Description
For the most demanding high-torque plumbing and mechanical applications, the Jadever JDPW1124 is a large, industrial-strength 24-inch pipe wrench. This tool is designed for large-scale infrastructure and has a moveable jaw that is drop-forged from superior carbon steel for optimal structural integrity. A unique inactivate treatment has been added to the steel to provide it exceptional resistance to rust and corrosion, even in damp or outdoor conditions. This wrench offers the force and grip required to move massive fittings, difficult industrial machinery, and heavy-duty galvanized pipes thanks to its strong 73mm gripping capacity and sturdy rivet assembly.
Features
:- Large 73mm Clamping Range: Specifically made to manage heavy-duty fittings and large-diameter industrial pipes.
- Drop-Forged High-Carbon Steel Jaw: To ensure that the teeth stay sharp and the jaw does not distort under tremendous stress, the moveable hook jaw is forged for maximum density.
- Professional Inactivate Treatment: A cutting-edge surface finish that chemically stabilizes the metal to stop oxidation and increase the tool's lifespan in challenging conditions.
- High-Leverage I-Beam Handle: With less physical effort, the 24-inch cast-iron handle offers the long-reach leverage needed to release seized joints.
- Solid Rivet Security: Made with a sturdy solid rivet that keeps the internal spring mechanism precisely aligned for reliable operation.
Applications
:- Large-scale plumbing includes installing and maintaining industrial sewer pipes and main water lines.
- Large valves and heavy-duty threaded drill pipes are tightened and loosened in the oil and gas industry.
- Infrastructure & Construction: Applied to structural metal supports, large-scale conduit, and scaffolding.
- Agricultural maintenance includes fixing heavy farm equipment and irrigation systems.
- Boiler fittings and huge commercial steam pipes are the focus of HVAC and boiler systems.
Usage
:- Setting the Jaw: To make the jaw fit around the big pipe, turn the knurled adjustment nut.
- Engagement: Make sure the pipe is positioned in the middle of the upper and lower jaws, with a tiny opening at the back of the hook to allow for a "locked" bite.
- Torque Positioning: To fully utilize the leverage offered, place your hands close to the end of the 24-inch handle.
- Use of Force: Gently pull the handle in the direction of the jaw opening. For a smooth rotation, the teeth will inevitably sink into the metal.
- Post-Work Care: To preserve the inactivated surface protection, clean the jaws after usage, particularly if they were in mud or corrosive chemicals.
