The Generic 24V 350W PMDC Geared Motor is engineered for heavy-duty electric bicycles, e-tricycles, custom scooters, and robotics applications. Powered by a permanent magnet direct current (PMDC) brushed motor coupled with an integrated gear reduction system, it generates up to 11 Nm of high rotational torque while keeping the output speed. Equipped with a pre-installed 9-tooth drive sprocket designed for standard #410 bicycle chains, this 350W motor delivers smooth acceleration and hill-climbing capability. It features bidirectional rotation by reversing power polarity and includes a pre-welded base mounting plate for quick and stable frame installation.

Usage

Mount the motor base securely onto your e-bike frame or chassis plate using heavy-duty bolts.
Align the 9-tooth motor sprocket with your rear wheel sprocket and loop a standard #410 bicycle chain around them.
Connect the motor power cables to a 24V DC brushed motor controller rated for at least 20A–25A.
Wire your 24V DC battery pack and throttle assembly to the controller.
Power on the system and test rotation; if the motor spins in reverse, simply swap the two motor lead connections.

Maintenance

Keep the exposed hydraulic rods clean by wiping away accumulated mud, sand, and road grime after daily shifts to protect the oil seals from tearing. Periodically inspect the external spring coils for structural fractures and check the shock bodies for evidence of hydraulic fluid leakage. Ensure mounting bolts are checked and re-torqued during standard fleet service intervals to maintain safe steering control.
