Description
The LuxMed Air Velocity Sensor is a high-performance MEMS Mass Flow and Clog Sensor engineered for critical air management environments. Featuring a rugged "solid-state" sensing core with no surface cavity or fragile membranes, this sensor is uniquely resistant to clogging and high pressure shocks. It has no moving parts, ensuring long-term reliability and an excellent repeatability rate of 1% FS. Operating on 24 Volts DC, it outputs a highly accurate 0 to 5V analog signal across mass flow ranges of 0 to 5 m/s and 0 to 10 m/s. Its extremely fast 125 ms response time makes it an optimal solution for advanced cleanrooms, thermal management setups, and HVAC systems.
