Description
The Toshweld MIG 250 F is a high-performance industrial dual-process inverter welding station intended for manual stick (MMA) and precision Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW/MIG/MAG) applications. This heavy-duty device generates a spatter-free, precisely controlled arc over a variable current range of 50 to 250 Amps thanks to its ultra-stable, multi-card MOSFET inverter core. It is equipped with a separate, heavy-duty exterior wire feeder station and runs on an industrial three-phase 415V electrical line. On the working floor, this design provides exceptional flexibility, enabling operators to roam around big fabrications while maintaining great feeding accuracy with wire sizes ranging from 0.6mm to 1.0mm.

Usage
:- Make sure your production facility has a reliable, grounded three-phase AC 415V connecting line to the power source input terminal block.
- Securely connect the gas and control lines between the external wire feeder cabinet assembly and the main power source.
- Place a clean spool of wire (0.6–1.0 mm) onto the spindle and carefully lock down the tension while guiding the strand into the dual-roll wire feeder mechanism.
- Using the front knobs, select your goal voltage adjustment, flip the industrial MCB breaker upward, and compare it to the desired wire feed velocity.
- To optimize airflow during continuous production blocks, make sure the high-velocity internal cooling fan intake grilles are left unobstructed.
