Usage
:User Instructions :
- Preparation : Wear full PPE (Rubber boots, waterproof gloves, eye protection, and ear defenders).
- Blade Check : Ensure the ring blade is seated correctly between the drive rollers and guide rollers.
- Water Connection : Connect the water hose. Never run dry. Water is essential for lubricating the drive rollers and cooling the blade.
- Power Up : Connect to a high-amperage 220V power source (ensure the breaker can handle 6000W).
- Engagement : Turn on the water, then start the motor. Allow it to reach full RPM.
- Cutting : Enter the cut slowly. Do not twist the machine. Apply steady forward pressure, letting the abrasive action of the ring blade do the work.
Maintenance :
- Roller Inspection : The drive rollers are wear items. Inspect them after every job and adjust or replace if the blade slips.
- Flush System : Run clean water through the machine after use to remove concrete slurry from the drive mechanism.
- Blade Care : Check the ring blade for cracks or warping. A bent ring blade can damage the drive rollers.
- Electrical Safety : Inspect the heavy-duty power cord regularly for cuts or heat damage due to the high power draw.
