Usage
:- Position the air compressor on a completely level and stable surface inside a well-ventilated work area.
- Ensure all pneumatic tool hoses are firmly connected to the quick-release coupling outlet before turning on the power.
- Turn on the main electrical switch and allow the 25-liter tank to fully pressurize to 8 Bar until the motor automatically cuts off.
- Adjust the integrated pressure regulator knob to match the exact operating requirements specified by your pneumatic tool.
- Always turn off the electrical power switch and release the remaining tank pressure when the machine is not in use.
Maintenance
:- Drain the Tank: Open the moisture release drain valve at the bottom of the tank daily after use to discharge condensed water and prevent internal rust.
- Air Filter Care: Inspect and clean the intake air filter element every fifty hours of operation, replacing it if it is heavily clogged with dust.
- Check Connections: Periodically inspect pneumatic seals, hoses, and quick-couplers for micro air leaks to avoid unnecessary motor cycling.
- Thermal Protection Check: Ensure the motor cooling fins remain completely clear of dust, paint overspray, and grease accumulation.
