Description
Semi Automatic Disc Filter is made with engineering plastic so it does not easily get rust.
It work on the process of flow passes outside from inside of Disc cartridge. It has uniform distribution of flow into filter housing optimizes the filtration process. It is designed for pressure rating PN8 (8bar). It has 2 male threaded pressure port at the top for easy visibility of pressure. Disc cartridge enabled with spring-loaded for full compression of the disc and loosen during cleaning During the cleaning operation, all inlet water passes through the pipe, and water jets remove dirt from the discs Semi Automatic Disc Filter has a barrel with 1 and 1/2 inch ( 2.54 cm and 1.27 cm approx) Drain port. The filter has handle for the rotation in process of cleaning the discs without dismantling the filter Grooved disc design with dimensional consistency proven with more than 95% filter efficiency.
Warning : In order to prevent water hammer (surge) always open or close filter handle valves in a gradual motion.
